Troublehooting

Objectives

To troubleshoot the problem occur

Procedures

Check the supply. check the sensor connection. Check the LCD connection. Check all the functionality of the sensors.

Results & Analysis

All sensor are in good condition and function well except for the load cell. There is no output occur from the load cell sensor. 

Conclusions

All troubleshooting has been done and discover that only one sensor cannot be used.

Get the dimension for the incubator, make a partition for the wiring connection

Conclusions

The incubator are made rigid and safely to used. All the components has been attached to the incubator box.

All coding were compile all together and test run overall machine functionality

After compiling all the coding, there are some problem pop up regarding to the coding itself

To display the value of the load cell on the LCD

Create coding on the load cell to interface with the LCD

Conclusions

The value of the weight did not been displayed on the LCD, there must be a problem on the coding program.

Arduino with LCD and Height sensor

Objectives

To create coding program for the sensor to be interface with the LCD and Arduino

Procedures

When there is an object in the parameter of the sensor, the sensor will be detect the sensor and LCD will show the output value.

Conclusions

The sensor succeed to detect the object's height measurement and display on the LCD

Arduino, LCD and DHT11 with Fan and Heat Lamp

Objectives

To set the parameter for DHT11 to be interface with fan and heatlamp

Procedures

Create coding for the DHT11 that set the specific parameter. when the Temperature is too high, the fan will be activated. when the Temperature is too low, the heat lamp will be activate

Conclusions

The coding program succeed to justify the condition of the DHT11. The relay module used to give signal to the heat lamp and fan.

The DHT11 are compatible with the Arduino. The coding has been created to test run the sensor compatibilty with the Arduino.

Activity

Went to Jalan Pasar for components and equipment

Objectives

To buy all equipment and components needed to start construct the project.
To test the comp-ability of the sensors to the Arduino

Procedures

List out the components and equipment that are needed to buy in Jalan Pasar. Buy module sensors, 12V fan, halogen lamp, acrylic  

Results & Analysis

All the equipment and components are available in Jalan Pasar.

Conclusions

No problem for me to search for other place to buy components and equipment.
